Can't raise boost with e. controller

Sup guys,
I've been have some difficulty with my electronic boost contoller. Its an HKS EVC II
This is what it looks like if I'm wrong, theres no description that it realy is the II model on the unit.

Anyways, the problem is I installed it correctly and all but Its not raising the boost over stock which is 8 psi with intake and full 3" from turbo back. I've searched and came up that the hoses may be backwards according to other peoples posts from older threads. So I switched them, though I'm positive I hooked them up right according to the instructions but no change what so ever.

I do have an aftermarket boost guage also to moniter the extra boost.

Any suggestions or should I use the search function again?

man my eyes hurt from searching, apparently its possible I may have a boost leak but no signs of one.

Yo brian, sup man. How are the pipes working out for you?

Anyways, just triple check what the diagrams say for a internal wastegate(stock car) setup and have your hoses like that. I don't have the EVCII but I do have the AVC-R and it took me a good 2 hours of dicking with it to figure out wtf I was doing.. Maybe there is a specific setting you have skipped over in your rush for more boost?(lol)

Maybe your valve (solenoid thing) is broken?

I received that same model when I bought the car that I'm building right now and he said that it "doesn't work" can I send it somewhere to get checked out? That would be awesome if I could get it to work properly.

yeah pipes are real sweet man, you did a hell of a job. LOL I wasn't rushing I've had the controller hooked up since august but I never tried to raise the boost becuase I didn't have a full 3" from turbo back yet.

Matt: I'll bring it this saturday if I don't figure out the problem myself.

Like disced said maybe I skipped something.
