Yes...the heater core is inside the car.

If people are telling you it's leaking, where is it dripping from...i.e. where does the puddle from under the car?

There's several areas on the motor where it would be very hard to see coolant leaking. The hard line around the block connects to the union at the back of the head (there may be a plug on a unused fitting here too), the heater hose at the same place, a 90 deg hose behind the water pump, the TB/ISCV lines and heater return on the drivers side. The TB/ISCV coolant lines are difficult to see.

Look at this diagram for more places:

A system pressure test should make any leak obvious ;)
As you are probably aware, a new cap will not stop a leak...unless it's the cap itself.

It is coming out of the coolant overflow hose. I wish it was puring out that much out of the leak, cause then I'd find it, This problem has plagued me relentlessly. I am aware that the cap wont stop a leak, but i can rule out the cap is faulty with a good cap. Why cut off the jiggle valve?

Also, in the pic of the jiggle valve, on the thermostat housing I noticed that the thing that is shaped like an "F", the top one looks like somebody siliconed it shut and the bottom is open. Any idea what that does and if it would matter?

Already answered the jiggle valve question in a previous post...slow down your reading and speed up comprehension ;)
It also helps prevent a pressure build-up behind the stat when closed (cold)...makes it easier for the stat to open.

Check the radiator fill neck and make sure the sealing surface is nice and flat.

That is the evap system BVSV...it's required to vent gasoline vapor to the TB.
