ok i have and hks evc EZ that used to work now its not. i had the motor re-built over the winter and before that i could turn it up and down, now its stuck on 12-13psi. the instructions say to make sure the stock boost solenoid is unplugged but not sure where thats at, and idk if my builder hooked it back up by mistake ive just now finished the break in period so just now realized it. I have also hooked up an mbc and still no luck with controlling boost:1zhelp:. If anyone's got any ideas i would appreciate it.

It must be running on wastegate only. Recheck the setup. It's undoubtedly not hooked up or it's hooked up incorrectly.

what are you running from the turbo back? 12 sounds a bit high but Its common to be stuck with 9-10 or above because your exhaust flows so well the waste gate cant keep up even when fully open. I ported mine for this reason.

The boost control solenoid, I believe, is on the drivers side nest to the fender near the TEMS cover. It has a little yellow sticker on it.

Our cars don't have a boost solenoid stock....it has the hose coming off the turbo straight to the wastegate! Come on people!

The thing on the drivers side is the pressure sensor that informs the ecu overboosting.

Its only a sending unit for the factory guage. Since he is seeing 12-13 lbs of boost he doesnt have a factory guage.

How are the boost control solenoid hoses routed?
