a few other questions...
when I close my hood there is a large gap , is it the upper front bumper that needs replacing?

What are these wires for?

The wire goes into the cab of the car have no idea for what , I havent traced it down yet... the box was sitting like it is in the first picture not bolted down to anything . Also background on the car , I got it a month or so ago and in the process of reviving it , it hasnt been on the road since 2000...

A few other questions I had are

clutch activation doesn't happen till the pedal is almost fully released and you can almost let the car sit there with it in gear and not go anywere... Is this a worn out clutch disk or do I need to adjust the clutch or something?

The radiator leaks water out of the top and if I fill the radiator the car will blow smoke till the radiator leaks all the water out, is this a blown head gasket? the car doesnt seem to be overheating at all...

The factory boost guage doesn't seem to ever go out of vacume or move at all , is the factory gauge a mechanical gauge or is it hooked to a sensor somewhere in the engine bay? Would the lexus v8 afm cause this , the previous owner installed one of those in it...

The car has no go power at all, Ive driven faster n/a 4 cylinder engines , I'm kinda thinking blown head gasket , blown turbo , bad clutch , these could all be the cause of the no power situation , but I'm trying to get a feel for what everyone else thinks about it... I'm gonna be troubleshooting / replacing one thing at a time , when I got the car all 4 calipers where locked up and the brake lines were rotted thru, already addressed the brake issues so now the car can stop...

Sounds like you either need to bleed it or get a new clutch cylinder set altogether got both mine for about 60$ combined

the smoke is white? Yea it's burning coolant, bhg most likely

and the factory guage is electronic, I'm not sure where the actual sensor is but te box for it Is on your driver side shock tower and it will say boost sensor on it, make sure it's plugged up, or it may be bad altogether, also the bhg may have something to do with that if the guage isn't a cause

The box and wires at your dash/cluster are for a factory Toyota Radar detector that is obviously missing the display. I have one in my 88 pretty neat unit looks like it was attached via hook and loop tape to the cluster surround as was mine.

want to ship me that box? I need to fix mine

by the way, you can adjust your hood, loosen the bolts on the driver's side, and pull the hood down, see if that works...

as for a factory radar detector, highly unlikely..

dealer installed, that's a whole 'nother thing...I know some Supras had car phones, so it's possible..
