like change the background so it would have a Manila(philippines) Night/day background

Sure. This is pretty fast and dirty, but it's what GIS found me in short order.

I did this in roughly 20mins, hope you like, couldn't find good backgrounds of Manila Night or Day.. so chose something else .

Hey 87 Silver Sniper enjoy this version... a more quality finish too spent like 30minutes or so on it, had to find highway rails in order to make the pic look believable .

He isn't.. if ur in the other 'imaginary' car with the camera taking the shot it can look blurred as you're flying past if he was turning off the cliff you would only see the motion blur on the rear end indicating the direction =)
