Note: Sorry for my grammar :aigo:

I rebuild the engine, and also change intake to FFIM with Q45TB.

So after that, I have problem when boost over 12psi (around 3500 RPMS) , the A/R go to 10, I adjust the SAFCII at 3500 and upper -15. and still read 10 a/f.

At idle the A/F is around 15.5-16.2.

I want to test all the system, from the turbo to the intake manifold to find any air leak.

Can I test for air leak with out removing the intake manifold?:1zhelp:

Mods for air and fuel:

Turbo T04
Wastegate at 17psi
AFM Lex and RC 550cc
Wallbro fuel pump
FPR with vacuum at 27psi
TB Q45
SAFCII

You can test for boost leaks if you make you a boost leak tester. Their fairly easy to make and very easy to test with.

Yes I have a Leak Tester :biglaugh:. But I want to know how a I can pressure all IC piping, Intercooler, intake manifold, ISC Valve and TB.

Can I pressurize all the system in TDC?

I want to ovoid the air leave from the exhaust valve of the cylinder head.

How can I be sure that all the valves of the cylinder head are closed? so I cant test all the system?

the boost-leak tester will pressurize ALL of that. all the valves are closed when the marks of the cam gears, and crank pulley are lined up

lol not with each other , obviously

carlos, the cam-gear marks point UP btw. there are lines on the back cover to line the gear makes up w/

:D

yes, like set up the timing right!

cam-gear marks point UP with the back side plate marks, and crankshaft pully is align with the 0 mark.
