I have a turbo engine with a n/a nipple welded onto it. The banjo bolt was overtightened:cry: Will there be an oil pressure problem? Thanks

if you cant get the NA piece off, get an oil filter relocation kit. the filter WILL NOT fit with the stock turbo set up right off the block.

keep in mind also, that the relocation adapter and fittings are a pain in the ass to situate in such a way as to not interfere with anything, with the stock turbo set up.

The nipple is welded to the block. Sorry no pics. The filter fits but you have to remove the hot pipe for replacement. I do plan on running a relocation and a huge oil cooler but will I have any oil pressure problems? Is there an oil restrictor in the factory piece? Thanks

no. youll get better oil pressure with the NA piece actually.

Welded, clamped or pierced, heck even just left alone to their own vices, nipples are cool... :)

But why the hell would anyone weld one to an engine block? Especially on this motor with the turbo?

Buy a relocation kit, route your hoses so they don't rub on anything and be done with it.

Pics if you can get them would be nice however.
