Ok it is possible to just mount the modifide engine, tranny, and driff and use the factory wiring just change the ECU of thr N/A for the turbo...? There is a friend that want to race with me when I put all together he has a sr20T 240sx... Do you have any advice? Plus I'm not worry about the diff or changing the engine I know that it will fit, including the tranny but I'm worry on the wirring and ECU the sender unit of the N/A of the fuel pump will it be the same part as the turbo? will the volt gauge will funtion? By putting bigger pistons wil I be having a weak bolck?

If you have a turbo car, the GE is going to be ass slow. Turbo cars were geared differently because they actually had a little bit of power. A GE is going to fall flat on its face with a 3.90 or 3.73...just doesnt have the low end...Pretty much any car with a turbo is going to walk you.

The turbo wiring harness is not going to work on a GE, just the engine harness though. The fuel sender and all that should be the same.

the thing is that I will do it because the turbo car just suffer a colition and it will be a great amount fo money to get it reppair... so my mecanic told me that he can make a swap to the other chassi making the N/A MK3 the same car as the turbo...

Yeah, swap the engine harness and ecu (obviously), as well as the tach to your n/a (or the whole cluster if you wanted...).

Good thing about turbo swapped n/a chassis's... non-turbo insurance on a turbo car :naughty:

And reason for the insurance company to void your policy if you wreck......

At least I have my mecanic so to tell you the truth it won't be so expensive and also considering that we are long time friends... but here in Puerto Rico maybe from the swap can be from 600 or more depending on what you want

Ok basically you are right but every turbo car is like 3000 while they are selling that car for 1000 and I allready look at it... and the repair for the 7mgte is 2100 so by doing the math i'll be saving like 600 and because the other money goes to my mecanic so basically it is worth it the only thing is the paper work and basically my mecanic told me how to do it so it won't be a problem

Good quality, the only way you can get a great work is by using $$$$ for you work without it just be happy with it but not very happy so your $$$$ will say how good will it be but for my mecanic it is great he is getting me some connections especially with people that already use that motor... like fito hipper....

I learned that when you think you're saving money on a supra you're infact not! With supras you get exactly or less then what you pay for...your plan on paper works out...in reality it's depressing how much this car will cost you!

Oh...and in my opinion...with the questions you are asking, a ten second 1/4mile is not in your near future! Try to set your goal a bit more realistic...I personally have canceled my "goals" so I am no longer stressed and or dissapointed....I just buy parts and install them, when I'm done buying parts then I'll see what happens...till then I just drive the pig from point a to point b.

I am in the middle of changing over my NA to turbo. I am using a turbo harness and ecu. From my knowledge and experience so far, you do NOT have to change out the dash wiring harness...only the tach. Another thing that you are going to need is turbo ignitor. Your NA ignitor won't work. Turbo pressure sensor also if you plan on running a stock boost gauge.

From my knowledge, you do not need the turbo pressure sensor at all unless running a stock boost gauge. This other gauge you are talking about using, is it a boost gauge?

Edit: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96691 <-----I asked a similar question to yours and got the response that I am telling you.
