can a koyo race radiator from driftmotion be JB weld? i have a small hole on the middle of the radiator, its about a cm long or can i take to a special shop to get it fixed?

The tubes in general are only around 20 thou wall thickness (much less if you have a stray current issue in the car) "repairs" are difficult and usually involve either a recore or removing the damaged tube both of which can be more expensive than replacing the Rad. (assuming we're talking about an Al Rad here)

Even if it was a stock rad you could get it repaired for like 20 less so why bother repairing when new would be better. Alum rads are a different story and not something to skimp on.

ya thats what ima do... just get a stock rad for now to get me by lol, oh ya and i have a 2jz water pump on my 1jz... but my fan blades broke into pieces, can a 7m fan blade fit on my 2jz fan clutch? cuz im going to junk yard tomorrow...

oh no sorry... the underdrive crank pulley broke off my 1jz and hit the fan blade that hit my rad lol... but does the 7m fan blade fit on my 2jz fan clutch? thanx IJ.

oh sorry IJ. i just found out from driftmotion website that the 7m blade does fit on it...

Ah, but what if the engine moved due to a broken mount, and that put the fan into the radiator, and bits of flying fan broke the pulley? It's easy to check, and it would suck bigtime to replace everything and have the same thing happen a week later.

Are you seriously saying that pieces of plastic flew off and broke his crank pulley lol

your totally right grimjack... im waiting for my fan blade to get here, for the meanwhile ima check the whole motor tomorrow after and jack it up and will check those mounts out, i wouldnt want that to happen again its depressin =/ lol
