Cam Pos. Sensor, Please Help!!!!!!!

Does anyone know the wiring for the cam sensor? I had hardwired my old one to get rid of the plug, it was NG. The wires finally went so i installed a new cam sensor and now the car wont fire. It's only four wires. Should I just try each possible option? Or does anyone know what wires from the harness connect to the wires off the cam sensor. Sorry if it sounds confusing...Thank you for your time.

They should be color coded right?? i had this problem a while back a slight bump kill the car

It seems there is a red and green but the other 2 are too alike...maybe white, yellow or brown. How do you know how to mount the CPS?

red-green,green-red,black-white,yellow-yellow thats the way mine is

Cool, I'll try it...that slide for the mounting bolt...does it matter where it's positioned?

yea it matters its the timing. i would put it in the middle and then start the car then adjust from there

This picture is of my CPS at TDC. Put your engine at TDC, and line up the CPS like in the pic.
