Somebody offered me some caliper covers made of High quality fiber plastic. They look really nice and im thinking about buying them but am skeptical about whether they will hold up and not melt. He claims that they wont melt but i wanted a second opinion and see if anyone has ever put these on their cars and if anyone knows if that material will hold up. Thanks for any advice :icon_razz

I'm going to shit in my pants from laughing. ANYWAYS spend your money on a set of good brake pads instead!

This is the third time I have had to resort to facepalm on SM in less than 24 hrs... is SM going down hill???

nahh...people finding odd and quirky stuff. At least OP asked about it instead of just going out and buying them anyways.

Sorry i even brought it up. I should have known better as soon as i saw the word Plastic in the description.:kickinthenuts:I thought they would have given the car a nicer look, like the calipers on the Vettes, mk4 supras, or most newer sports cars without having to drop 3-4 grand on a new braking system.
