They probably only exist in the files of Toyota
(if they haven't beed deleted by now)
and people making the flanges to sell.
Usually, they are not real big on giving away info that took them a lot of time to develope.
So your probably going to have to sit down, and do them yourself.

If you want one that bad, why not just grab a cheap ebay manifold, trace it out (I believe they're Greddy copies)- and re-sell it. Then you have what the manifold should look like, and could likely bring it somewhere to have it materialized in the metal of your choice.
Then again, I know nothing about CAD, or the like, but that's probably what I would do.

My biggest problem is that i work in Norway an have the car in my home country Sweden and can't get to it until i go home for holiday. But if i can,t find a drawings i will make on by myself when i get home. Next problem is that all the machines i use is in Norway.
