bypass vavle

so im wondering whats going on...i am gonna change my configuration but since it was valentines day i wanted to drive my car,

i just did the bhg and was the first time ive drivin it on the road since. ive found my new turbo makes a interesting spool noise even when its not boosting...that might just be the turbo tho but i have a BOV now and i just put my bypass vavle on and just didnt put a hose to it. that way its clogging the holes it would have been there if i removed it. im just wondering i just tried to boost and ive found its got a lot of lack/less power and im wondering if that is letting out air or something?? is there something wrong with that setup?

what kind of noise is the turbo making? how much shaft play is there? in out? up down? is it making the death whine?

i'm having a little trouble understanding exactly what you did with the BOV/BPV setup. are you running one at all? (is one functioning) are there any holes in the system that would let air in/out? i'm a bit confused, as your post is a little on the fuzzy side. if you can explain it better, we can help you better.

i have my bov hooked up but not my bypass vavle here is a picture

the turbo makes a spooling noise is all..doesnt sound like a bad thing..just like its trying hard..there wasnt really any play at all with the turbo..in no direction

cap the BPV off and see if it goes away.
