Bypass Lamp Failure Box

Does anyone know how to bypass the Lamp Failure box on an 89 with a wing. Ive found how to wire it for an 87 but when I wire it up the lights just stay on with no brake lights.

Looks like pin 7 to pin 1 for stop lights and

and pin 10 to pin 4 for tails.

LFMs are cheap on ebay btw...

I tried to wire up like the digram said and all I get is that the lights just stay with no brake lights. Ive put an 88 box on it and it does the same thing. If its not that any suggestions on other places to look?
