you know how some people cuts their plastic grill and is left with those nasty V shaped marks on the sides. They make fiberglass bumper inserts but i cant seem to find them. :nono:

they dont make little triangle pieces if that's what you're referring to... that's up to you, some shears, an old bumper, and some plastic body filler.

I used FiberFlex to fill in the V's - http://www.urethanesupply.com/Merch...ct_Code=5003R10&Category_Code=&Store_Code=URE

and then Flex Filler to smooth everything over - http://www.urethanesupply.com/Merch...uct_Code=2000-C&Category_Code=&Store_Code=URE

to make this happen

do you have to have their "airless plastic welder" to use the fiberflex sticks?

I picked up their cheapest one. It is basically a soldering iron with a big fat tip.

I would stay far away from Fiberglass. That stuff will not flex with the bumper and I've seen many people try this only to have their triangles pop out after just a few weeks.

I've been running with this mod since 2002 and have had 0 problems.
