P5150, I'm thinking about doing just that, except I'd be using the 2JZ-GTE block (it has the oil squiters) and building a 1.5JZ. Hell, I can get the block machined and bored for next to nothing, same goes with the porting and polishing.

I dont think you would even need to bore it and such. I would seriously consider just getting a used GE block and looking at the cylinder walls before you throw it in. A lot of people are making big power with that bottom end and no modification.
I've made up my mind. I'm going to stay with the 1J. Ordering a used Greddy T78 turbo and manifold (non-Greddy) that came off a 1J.

For right now, I really need to pay off my debt. I figure I can pay off my car in 3-6 months. Hell, I put $1000 on my car loan last night, and I'm putting another $400+ on it Friday. With all my tip money going towards my credit cards.
