breaking in period?

i think oil is a key part of breaking in a motor. thats why you shouldnt use synthetic during breakin. its too slippery... and not to mention way to expensive to replace as much as you do during break in

so during the break in how much boost should be run?
what if at wot with the stock wg spring your hitting 10psi?
and rennat how the hell did you get your car to only boost 4psi at wot?

i'm going to be building my spare engine very soon.

never said WOT... no reason to go WOT on a fresh motor, wanted to make sure it would boost on part throttle/ low boost before i went WOT and had something go wrong...

but once i do wot it was only 5psi... hahaha, but 5mm of washers put me at 8psi now.

How does this break in procedure work if the supra is automatic?

so using the motoman technique, the motor will see boost, and just set the bc to a low level like 5psi or so?
