Anyway... what dyno are you guys dynoing on, and is it SAE corrected?

The dyno dynamics here is tough. the local name is the heartbreaker. I only made 227 on a stock turbo at sixteen psi, 231 @ 15 psi on a 57 trim, and 322 on a 62-1 bolt on @ 20psi

Hell... I only made 405 on the same dyno with stupid amounts of mods and a T66 @ 19 psi...

of course, when I made 322 my car was doing mid to low 12 second quarter miles with trap speeds around 112mph. I did an 11.90 @ 124.5 on the T66 that made 405 hp.... haha

So I'm guessing they are using some type of correction factor, where as my dyno guy isn't.

It is what you have to do when trying to set the stock ct 1/4 mile time record. No IAC readings, sorry. And before anyone says the ct will explode, let me say that I have nearly 200 1/4 mile passes on this new one at 20 psi and still have zero shaft play. Pays to have them fully rebuilt and balanced, use good oil, and give her lots of cool down time.

I usually go to dragway 42, sometimes quaker city. Norwalk is just too tough to get any track time on. I only gained about 30 hp going from 16 psi to 20.

The real trick to hp from the stock ct is the condition of your motor. Mine was 100% new inside, ct was all new also. A few of you guys have seen this ct in action at TX2k7 and Orlando

a buddy of mine recently put out 312hp at 12psi on a mustang dyno. his only mods are exhaust, intake, bov, injectors, and ems. ems and pro tune i think is what did it.

For all those that said "Its impossible" I made 313hp/352ft.lbs of torque UNTUNED on a mustang dyno yesterday. Ill have the dyno sheet up when i get a scanner to use. I didnt really expect it because of all you guys on the forum. so take that!
