Hi guys,

Have been looking on here for ages, finally landed myself a MKIII and decided to register and share it with you guys and girls..

'86.5 Australian delivered N/A Auto hard top

its black so the imperfections show up, it has certainly been re-sprayed as factory paint aint gonna look that good! plus the side mouldings have been painted to match.. kinda of like a black package

only let down is the interior is showing its age in places, and of course the wheels

I have no idea what the wheels are off but they arent standard, they are 16" and toyota OEM but from what im not sure... camry?

anyhoo.. you guys just want the piccies

quick play with HDR.. im still learning and using a canon ixus 70 point and shooter but after using a 3.2mp kodak its a big step up in quality for me..

a digi slr would be awesome but i cant justify the expense and the P&S is so portable

the wheels look like lexus ls400 wheels, don't know what that car is called down under. i have never seen a canister muffler with a turn down tip. what is up with that?

Down here we call them a dumpy tip...

lots of the V8 boys have them, it was a bit different and i like the purposeful look it has over the straight ones...

some will hate it, thats cool, i like it for now..

quick google of lexus ls 400 brings up some similiar looking wheels, we dont get them down here but it kinda looks like an up market cressida/crown or something?

Cressida was my guess on the whels. Interior doesn't look too bad. Let the moding begin!

well over the weekend i installed the alarm system, new speakers in the doors and gave him an oil change, oh and fixed my climate control unit... i now have vent control and a heater!! was dry contacts on the power board at the back.. pretty easy fix, just re soldered

today was detailing day, i have plans to re cover the hatch carpet area as is pretty bad but today was a vacuum and wipe down of interior panels and a full wash, polish and wax of the outside..

also played with my camera and tried some hdr shots...

Hehe sorry dude, i like them the way they are... for some reason all clear looks a little funny to me.. and im not sure on the laws but i think i have to have clear parker lights

Clean car, if those LS400 wheels are lighter than sawblades I would rock them. Love the down turn pipe.

not sure on weights... i'll pull one off next weekend and weigh it against the spare (the spare is a stock sawblade)..

i'll try and take a pic side on, the muffler looks better at certain angles....

Hey peoples,

Found this shot that gives a bit of a different look of the 'zorst..

my exhaust guy wouldnt give me more angle as he was worried it would catch on gutters and things... i think i will try and persuade him to give me just a touch more when i upgrade to 2.5" piping (apprently its standard 2" at the moment, i had to replace the muffler due to it having holes and such, couldnt afford the whole shebang at the time... i want slightly more angle so the tip doesnt look as turned down, rather the tip being straight and the muffler angled.. if you get me

below are 2 engine shots, the standard one and a closer one of the plenum?

now i havent seen any other NA's on here with this, this, thing what ever it is... im new to 7M's.. is this just a normal set up or is that after market or something? (circled in red).. the others ive seen seem solid, this looks like it has room for added extras? :aigo:
