im sure this has been beaten to death but ive encountered someone on FB with hardware to put srt8 brembos onto the a70 chassis. the calipers have to be mill slotted from what i understand and the rims will have to be 18'' i have yet to find any info on this actually been done on supramania

my first choice was the mustang cobra brakes, but i plan on getting up into the 600whp so i wanted to be safer and look at something bigger but still oem so that parts are still avalabile say in another 20-30 years.

I'd appreciate the input on bbk options under 3k for front and back w/park brake. also i have "access" to machine tools at work. simple things can be done.

If you're going for that power, why would you be looking at brakes off of a car that makes much less than that?

Honestly, if that's really your goal, you're going to be paying much more for better brakes. *cough*arz*cough*

srt8 apperentally come with 4 or maybe 6 pot brembos, yes just like arz kits. and that srt8 jeep cherokee weighs in well over a soupra so while it may not have more power it does have more mass. On FleaBAY today I came across all 4 calipers for $150 shipped. The arz kits are the bee's knees, but im just checking all of the options avaliable before commiting, because im not familiar with sourcing parts for wildwood brakes like i am production car parts.

When I go BBK, which might be soon because I popped a front pass brake line this weekend, I'll be going ARZ. They have ALL the hardware that has been plated along with SS lines, so there is no guess work or head aches trying to make something work. When it comes to the front brakes on my car, I want something tried and true.

I had ARZ front and back brakes, and I've never driven (er, stopped) with anything else like them. Without a question, they were the best mod on my car
