Before you bleed. lift the caliper and see if you can compress the piston back in easily.

Was talking about metal to metal not that you had any.

Just figured I'd let everyone know that it was a bad soft line. After replacing both front lines (they were both in pretty bad condition), front rotors are within 10*F of each other after a good drive and I actually noticed a much firmer and responsive pedal.
