i just recently started boosting 20psi from 15psi. Oil is being sprayed everywhere. Is this a sign of bad PCV setup, or turbo seals? or something else?

When you pull the oil cap when running, is there excessive blow by?

My first guess would be the turbo is leaking oil.

hhmm could go either way... when i pull the dipstick there is a lot of blowby (doesnt blow it out on its own), but my turbo is less than a year old. I'll have to check the oil cap tho..

pull the lower ic pipe and see if you have a lot of oil sitting around

I come from a land down under
Nope it's just flooded, soon as you fix the PCV it should be back to normal once it's sucked any free oil out of the system!
(When I oiled mine on the dyno I had to pull the IC and flush it out with Gas)

Okay, I just wanted to add to this some.. I cleaned up everything in my engine bay.. didn't get any oil out of the IC yet, but I'm sure there is some in there.

I decided to get rid of that damn husky filter thing i was running to let the PCV breath more, and ran it straight to my turbo inlet hose.

I turned down the boost back to the creeping 15psi (actuator default). I drove it like a mofo, everything seems healthy.. and no spray of oil.

Ok, cool. So then i decided to turn up the boost. 20psi.. WEEEE. I pull over.. and there is oil sprayed everywhere again after boosting like.. 5 or 6 times.

My question is.. is there a possibility that oil is brought up from the bottom of the IC? Do i need to play with the PCV even more? Do i need to call SP for my warrantied rebuilt (AHH dont want to.. they take SO long)?
