BOV recirculate - what kind of hose/setup are you using?

I just replaced my HKS SSQV with a Synapse Synchronic and am now in search of a new hose setup to recirculate the BOV back into the accordion pipe. The HKS had a 1" outlet but the Synapse has a 1.25" outlet, making my previous hose setup obsolete. Synapse does make a 1" fitting, but they want $25 for it. Additionally, my old hose setup was pretty poor, consisting of PVC elbows, 1" to 3/4" reducer, a few segments of hose, and of course clamps.

I am hoping to clean this up now, but am not finding much out there that will work for me. To make matters worse, I don't think the location of my BOV helps any, as you can see in the picture.

Anyway, I was wondering what other people are using to recirculate their BOV's. Thanks.

My suggestion, would be turn the bov face down so its dump part points down, get the 1 inch for it so its not all ghetto, and just shove a little piece of rubber right there. Thats just me.

I thought about that but when I turn it face down it interferes with the hood. The Synapse has a much larger caboose than the HKS ;)

A pleasantly ghetto mix of crappy tire and home depot parts culminate together to recirculate my blow off valve. I find it's a simple, honest solution to a rudimentary problem, and I don't make other, less rich Supra owners feel small when they look under my hood.

It works.

I went to the local auto parts store and just started looking through hoses until I found one that was close - then made some minor tweaks to make it work.

But each installation is going to be unique depending on where you mount your BOV.

I've got a big fat chunk of heater hose...looks ugly, but it gets the job done. My BOV is mounted close to where the stock one is, venting towards the passenger side of the engine bay. I'll look for a replacement that's prettier when I stop having to spend money just making it run...

Ha, I love the response. I was hoping for a more elegant solution but I may have to go back to that way myself. I did find a 1 1/4" to 1" PVC reducer at Home Depot, so I just need to find some 1 1/4" ID hose, tack that onto my old setup, and hello Sanford and Son.

As a side note, I had much better results running a BOV setup with 1" ID pipes/hose compared to the stockish 3/4". I think the 3/4" pvc couplers are just way too small inside, and caused my a lot of surging blowoff when I was running a 57 trim CT26. The same BOV with 1" ID heater hose and 1" input on a custom intake pipe(to replace the accordion) makes for a nice huge and smooth blowoff of air.
