Try this:

With your left hand, make small circles in front of your body with your hand moving towards you when it reaches the top of the circle. Now, take your right hand and move it in the opposite direction in a larger circle. When viewed from the side, it should look like this...

I have never met someone who could do it right away. I learned back in the 6th grade and have never lost the ability.

That was so easy as well.

WTF!!! haha...that was messed up.

I accidentally read it wrong and did it with my left leg, right arm.

then i re-read it, tried it, my leg screwed up and it felt funny. totally invoulantary.

i'm a novice drummer and a long time musician too. i'll try seriously when i get home though, as i'm in a library and i dont want to look like a dipshit moving my limbs about at the computer.
