Bored, wanna do something to the DD... need ideas

OK well Ive got Jill, the 89 Celica GT, she needs some body work but I wanna do something fun with her since shes my DD and Im in it all the time. Aside from the obvious fact that she needs a new sound system all the way around, shes BONE BONE BONE stock, what are some ideas to work on. Also anyone have any pics of some REALLY clean ones, stock, body kits, the whole 9 yards, I need ideas

Supra has a toy its waiting on, Im just bored, I wanna do something fun, hell Im thinking about taking my stock Supra exhaust off an N/A thats just sitting there and throwing it on for fun

Id like to do that too, but I thought the overhauling capability of throwing in a 4aGE for the fuck of it, ultra hard modifications at hand... I do have a shop at my disposal

I'm sure she would've been flattered. Do a restore on her. replace a bunch of worn out parts. Reskin the seats or replace the carpet or whatever. Make it look like she just rolled off the show room floor. That'd be sweet.

If you want to do something to the car, like was said, 3S-GTE will by far be the best performance modification you can do to it.

my DD is a 96 corolla auto, so lame. but me and a friend took the stock air box off and put a k&n filter on the stock intake pipe and i also took the little resonator of the back of the pipe. now its a lot louder and you can hear the intake all the time. ive been tryin to think of other little stuff to do to it

Mods to DD's should be limited to things that make them more bearable for the time spent in them or that make them perform better as a DD. These can include CD player or IPOD hookup, quality speakers, winter tires(if applicable), etc.

CAI's, performance mufflers and lowering springs on a DD would just annoy me.

My old DD's mods went like this:

1. New interior because my girlfriend hated the disgusting old car. Price: maybe $50 from the junkyard. And yes, I modded a Supra interior into a Celica.
2. New springs and shocks because the car swayed and bounced like a boat. Price: $60
3. new head unit because the old one was a piece of garbage, and I like my CDs. Price: Free becasue I had it sitting in my garage.
4. Remove rust. Price: Free because I have all of teh supplies and equipment already
5. Buy performance cam because they're on sale. Price: $120. (Never got around to installing it unfortunately)
6. Sell car and start driving my Supra again because it's way more fun.
