i need to remplase my pistons and i plan to bore the block to 40mm its a good idea or is best if take it standard bore size?:1zhelp:

Nope .40mm/.015" doesn't really exist.

You can get .43mm/.017" Ross pistons but it will all depends on the condition of your block.

Can you do +20? It'll leave some meat left if you have to rebore later down the road. You should be able to unless your walls are pitted hardcore or something.
