pushing around 7ish now but just curious to see what is a good safe boost level on stock engine?

you wont get over 12-13 psi, afm fuel cut kicks in. what are your mods?

I run 10psi on mine, I have a 1990 Auto 7MGTE with a 3inch DP, high flow cat, 3 inch catback, k&n intake, hardpipes, HKS BOV, Spearco replica intercooler, and some other misc mods, stock engine though. No problems

I ran 12 through stock exhaust. Now that I have my Full 3in. exhaust I can't stay out of boost cut. Maybe a wastegate problem causing my trouble though.

If you have not just done a HG, and done it right, or have the money to do a HG, right, then it may be best to wait on major boost increases. Maybe not going over 7psi is a good idea. But obviously your decision, i would just use that as a guide.
