Get the MBC from Dr. Jonez, he is floating around the forum usually in the electrical section. I have had my MBC he made for some time now and it hold 12 psi alll day long with no spiking.
We all know you are going to turn up your boost. Everyone plays with fires until they get burned.

running 10psi your stock head gasket could last a long time, or it could blow tomorow. I was running 16psi for a while before i blew my stock head gasket... however, if you do plan on rebuilding the whole motor just wait till the head gasket pops and do it all then.. just hope your not far away from home when it does give out :)

I have had a 90 dollar HKS MBC since 2004, I have 3 inch downpipe, 3 inch high flow cat, 3 inc blitz nur spec catback, spearco replica FMIC, hardpipes, HKS SSQV, K&N FIPK w/ LIPP accordian replacement (aluminum baby) and various other things. Run 10psi all the time on my auto 7MGTE, ran 12 once, hit fuel cut u can run 11 in my car, its a 90 auto but i keep it at 10 since its safer and u dont risk spiking to Fuel cut.

You'll be fine bro ;)

are u still running stock boost gauge if so go get an aftermarket one so u actually know what ur running, i also suggest getting arp head bolts or studs, do them one at a time so u dont have to change the headgasket, and double check ur spark plugs make sure ur getting a good burn

Yea I have an aftermarket boost gauge. The was the first thing I got when I had my motor swapped. I am going to get new spark plugs and wires soon though. Thats on my to do list.

i would also check my afr's while running 10psi, on a dyno or with a wideband, if they are good u are good to go, other wise u could run lean and do more than pop a headgasket

what should I be ok on?? I have the mhg, Not sure about the head bolts,I also have intake, hardpipes, and 3in exhaust.

What do you mean "what should i be ok on?" If your refering to an amount of boost that depends on alot of things. Do you have ARP hardware with your MHG? what turbo are you using? what fuel pump do you have? do you have an AFPR? do you have a wideband and or an SAFC?

If all you have is MHG, hard pipes and exhaust, and no way to monitor your A/FR's or adjust fuel i wouldnt push it over 12-13psi. Weather you have a MHG or not if you lean out and dont know it your motor could be done. If your still running the stock AFM your going to be hitting fuel cut around 12-14psi anyway... however there are ways to get around that fuel cut, that is the point when you deffinitly need a wideband and SAFC though.
