:sarcasm:Sorry, you said intake plenum, and I thought that that's the plenum and saw only this port, so thought you ment this port.

~0,7bar vac on cold start idle ok?
When pressing the throttle it goes deeper into vacuum, is that normal? ( I thought it should be less vacuum?)

Redacted per Title 18 USC Section 798
Not a problem...I can see why you thought that. As for vacuum (technically there's no such thing but we won't get into that) yes, as airflow into the engine increases it should be less. In other words pressure in the manifold should increase in the direction of atmospheric. The only time you should see deeper vacuum than idle is when the throttle has been open a fair bit and then snapped closed and even then that'll be momentary.

Lol. Reminds me of a guy who adamantly insisted his engine idled at 35"/hg. Never did find out what planet he was from ;)

So 1) I have a problem somewhere?
or 2) The gauge is crap...
:(

Any better ports to stick the vacuum hose in? ( I looked, didn't found any... or are there nice ports underneath the intake?)

Any line that has vacum 100% of the time is fine. FPR, Cruise, Heater VSV, ect. Even the brake booster line before the check valve.

jetjock, I see 24-25 inches at idle. And I must say you'll see the highest vacum while coasting at high rpm.(Throttle plate closed);)

You won't have the most vacuum on cold starts. If you hit the throttle very lightly, it will go deeper into vacuum. If you give it a good push, it should go towards 0.

I get about 0.7bar on cold starts, goes to about 0.8 when its hot. 235,000km's on the motor and its showing signs of wear. Not sure if the TSRM gives vacuum values?

 @ 35in idle
