boost question

Today I drove my supra and I checked the gauge passing the 8+mark only in 4th and 5th gear.The tps is bad again cuz my car in the morning idle at 850-900 but tonigh it was at 1100 rpms.
One more question I have the ssqv bov kit and it was working fine until I got the recirculation insert but now I don't hear the psss sound.
Inside the bov it says off, bov, by pass. Can somebody tell me how to set it up?

I don't understand your first question.

I would guess you need bypass as that is how the BOV will be functioning when you recirculate. One thing is certain, the SSQV will be a lot quieter when you recirc.

My stock boost gauge shows 8+ psi only in 4th gear and 5th gear. The rest of the gear is lower 7 psi.I checked all the hoses. Inside of my bov it says off, bov, and by pass so it has different choices could you explain me how does it work?
