Boost problems!

Guys,
Need some help...

Ok, I was driving down Route 80 in PA at about 110 boosting to about 13 psi I hit the gas for extra boost I heard the final Pssssss of the bov, engine light came I backed off the gas then the engine light went off. After that, I cannot boost beyond 5psi...No more engine light. Sup idles fine. I have pretty much replaced all intercooler pipes with hardpipes with the exception of the one connected directly to the turbo...It is secure and no leak...could it be that one of the bov's are bad? How can I check to see if either the HKS or bosch is out? HKS is about 6 yrs old...

Here is my current setup...

K&N FIPK
3" exhaust all the way back
HKS electronic boost controller profec b II
HKS SSQV bov
Bosch bov
SAFC II Tuned
Lexus AFM
550cc injectors
Wide band O2
AFPR
walbro fuel pump
CT26 with 57 trim
intercooler Hard pipes 2.25

why do you have 2 bovs on your car? and are you hitting fuel cut? and is your eng temp staying normal? any smoke coming out of the exhaust? and check the turbo for shaft play

Why do I have 2 bov's...? I was running the HKS with stock bov closed off...caused car to stall out could regulate...I put the bosch bov in that corrected the problem...No, I am not hitting fuel cut...all good there. Engine temp staying normal...checked for leaks. Last year I replaced all intercooler hoses with hardpipes with the exception of the hose from the turbo. All looks good...Check engine light is not on anymore.

check your wastegate, and most likely the pipe coming off your turbo is your culprit, cracks almost all the time by the clamp

check for codes anyways...hard faults will only turn on light
hows it run on 5psi WOT?
how was your boost regulated? shimmed wastegate? mbc?ebc?
stock turbo?

No, I did not...Not really sure how to do that...

besides your underhood fuse box there is a black box about 1"x1"
remove the lid
place a paper clip or wire to te1 and e1 like the link i posted

Will check codes in the a.m.
Car runs ok until I get around 8 psi...then sputter, sputter
I am using ebc HKS...

Sounds like you blew off a hose or one the the hard pipes has came loose at a coupler or something

depends on how big the hose is
i found i had a vaccum line popped off yesterday and it didnt make a HUGE difference on performance
if it was the intercooler piping it wouldnt build boost at all
a ripped or dry rotted coupler possibly

fuel cut is only when the afm send a signal to the ecu telling it the metered air that passed through the afm is to much
so the ecu cuts fuel and i believe does something with timing

For a small leak you might not. If you got fuel cut you would get code 34 as well.

It depends on how loose the hose is. I could get to 10 psi with my clamps loose.
