Boost level

Hi guys i have a qustion i have a stock 2jz-gte with stock twin i have read that the stock boost level is 10-12psi, my question is the 10-12psi for each turbo or for both? thank you

both combined. boost level is measured from the manifold.

thats what i thought than i must be having over boosting issue cause i am seeing almost 20 psi

Just a bigger front mount and a intake everything else pretty much stock i am hitting boost level of 18 psi any idea??

have you checked your wastegate line
