It's a 1990 supra turbo. It seems as if it's hitting fuel cut and has problems at an idel but I'm still running the stock boost level. The cel turned on today I'll post the codes tomorrow. The only mods done are k&n full 3in exhaust and a hks blow off valve. Any advice on it well be appreciated.

Seems like you have a boost leak. I have seen the O2 sensor unplugged or just plain bad and it doesn't cause the issue your having.
Check all couplers and vacuum hoses.

I checked the vacuum lines they all look good. I guess it's time to get a hard pipe kit and put a bigger intercooler.

You could just pressurize the intake with a DIY boost leak tester and see where it's actually leaking first. Could be something really simple. Then again if you're just looking for an excuse to change the pipes and IC....

Whatever you end up doing I'd still do the DIY boost leak tester just to make sure it's all good to go. It's not hard and doesn't take a ton of time.

I'm going to check for boost leaks. I'm just always looking for an excuse to put new parts on and it seemed like a good one to me.
