The spring in your MBC has lost some of it's 'bounce'.
You'll need to adjust it to compress the spring a bit more. Do a quarter turn, test run, quarter turn, test run, rinse, repeat, until the boost starts going up again.

I turned it both ways all the way in and out. Im either gonna get a new mbc or spring being I lost mine... Still the ame boost. I pulled the lines and jusr rfeplaced them since I had some extra hose and the mbc seemed fine, nothing plugged.
Could it have anything to do with the wastegate? and no, its def not a boost leak, holds pressure and the test showed Im sealed all around so yea...
It's very unlikely that it's the wastegate. When they fail, they usually lose the diaphram, meaning they don't open until pushed open by the amount of exhaust coming out of the engine, and boost will spike like a mofo.
