Bolt on turbo vs t4

So I'm looking at getting a turbo to get me to 450 to 500whp on pump gas. I was looking at the 6262 from sp as many of u know it available in bolt on or a t4 any performance differences in the too

For those goals, just get the bolt on. Simpler install.
