I don't think they're available at the dealer anymore, and if you do find a set it'll be $$$. Your best is probably ebay.

Guess again...My buddy told me it was $2600 for all the moulding pieces brand new.

Guess again? I won't guess but give you the real facts. Read below ;)

How much does a complete new set cost from the dealer?

Price is $650.00 for all 10 not including the rear center. The entire glass trim etc.. is also available for the car (ask me how I know) Not to say once a few people order, it may disappear pretty quick. This would be on a case to case basis.

Im guessing around $500.00.

Not a bad guess ;) Better than the 2600 guess :icon_razz

Most of the stuff is still available for the exterior. I also bought hood, covers etc.. so yes you can still get many parts from Toyota. :)

Off topic, but about how much is the rear window trim, all four sides?

I am looking at my receipt but it means nothing. I bought everything at once and my receipt has part numbers only. (doesn't tell me which part number is which part) You can contact Vancouver Toyota and ask for Mark Sherman as I deal with him. Tell him I sent you. Toll free: 1800-466-4872

Again, some parts may not be available but I bought everything and so far so good! :D

Edit: Most glass trim should be available as the glass (accidents etc..) generally breaks from time to time and they need to be able to replace it. That's my thought on it anyway.

I priced out a new set of mouldings for my car last week.....

It's NOT cheap. You're looking at almost a grand for all of the trim, plus the 89 tails to go with it.

The middle portion taillight is 450 IIRC and the side tails are around 250 each. As I said, the price what I can get the mouldings for are in my previous post. :) I personally think it's a good price considering.

Hey idk thats what he told me. It kinda seemed a little over the top. But duudee thats not a bad price for all that. I want some!! :D I watched a video of your supra on youtube and figured either you repainted the window trim or bought new ones.

Thanks for the info Duane, $650 isn't too bad for new ones, but I wanted to compare and $300 or so is a better price for me to pay to get a complete used set, but they seem to be harder and harder to find.
