The Godfather kit is fugly.

The only "out there" kit I would ever put on a MkIII is the Kaze... and that would be for shits and giggles because I would be loaded :)

Other than that, it is nice and stock + lip for me

Godfather kit is meh. It looks like an R/C car. Plain-ish looking, reminds me of how they generalize lines and such when making scaled toys.

I'll take a set of the fender flares though. :)

:puke:

the godfather kit sucks...if i were to bother modding for cosmetics i wouldn't go any further then either the gracer front or a front lip, kaminari sides and maybe something some what mild in the rear. then again i believe the mk3 supra is beautiful just the way they made her. i perfer go over show. sleeper ftw :evil2:

Opposed to what will said, I don't like any of the kit except for the back bumper. It looks stockish except for the bottom and I like that because the muffler wont hang below the bumper too much and would help me make the car look lower, since I don't want to lower it too much.

From the picture though, my first instinct is the car looks fake, like an r/c as mentioned before or a toy car. Not even a good die cast one, a plastic one that would be sold at Zellers.

AF, besides the unpainted carbon hood on the second one, that's a nice clean look. But to me it looks like it could've or should've been a factory aero package. I like stuff that's a little more ridiculous but in a good way. But I probably will end up running a greddy knockoff front bumper this season with the kaminari (I think) sides that are on the car and then make some type of diffuser for the rear.

But I'm doing that because the godfather kit is too expensive for me to break at the track and all the other cheap kits look horrible. There's too much going on, too many weird vents, too many weird shaped holes or flaps or whatever.

It's like 99% of the kits for these cars look like they were taken from an old video game from the 80's. And all I want is a clean but agressive setup and some wide fenders. That shouldn't be too much to ask for.

The godfather kit is the only whole kit that I actually like. If I could get a hold of the combo fog/turn signals shown on the display car, I'd rock it. However, I can't afford it, and I like the stock car just fine. A lip or gracer front bumper at the most and possibly some tasteful sides is all I need to be happy.
