Little of an update, I got some parts in this week. All I need now is an ignitor and all the fluids and we'll see if she fires up. Then after that I'll just need an exhaust, intercooler and piping, and some other accessories. here is a pic of the auto tranny cooler I bought I'll probably upgrade to a bigger cooler this summer when it get real hot:cry: but for now I think this will sufice

this is taking forever......lmk what we can do to speed this up. ;) btw nice car.

thanks for the kind words, but I had a little incident were some one sold me an ignitor and never shipped it out, but I'm getting a refund so that should be alright(even though it took 3 weeks) Now I just need an other ignitor and then I can move forward with this swap.

finally got the car to run today! After alot of trouble shooting checking my wiring harness and even pulling it out (what a pain in the butt). Going through every wire retaping every thing. And still no go. So I starting looking into different kinds of 1jz ecu's looking at different ebay ads and came across a vvti motor for sale and then I see the ecu that engine set has and its Identical as mine. With the help of Yotarob(robert) he helped me by checking the part number on the ecu that I had and he also help me a ton on the trouble shooting, turned out it was for a vvti motor. So I picked up an ecu from ebay and she fired up on the first try! Sucks because she could have been running along time ago but I guess stuff happens for a reason.I only let her run for a couple seconds though because the front and rear seal were leaking, I put them in wrong I guess, but I plan on fixing that problem this weekend. Pics and vids coming soon.... and also thanks to everyone that helped me you know who you are lol

Turns out it wasn't the front seal or rear seal. Man that saved me alottt of work. It ended up be a power steering leak and a turbo oil line. The oil just happend to run down the bellhousing thats why I thought it was a rear seal and then I figured I messed up the front one too. Fixed the problem today hopefully the oil line doesn't leak again. Pics coming this weekend for sure! I'm just going to buy some more oil and some coolant and power steering oil and finally take her for a ride! And see how she feels as I've never driven or been an a 1jz powerd car.
