I can tell you from personal experience (changed my stem seals) is that smoke on decel is malfunctioning pcv, or blown turbo seals.

Thank you for the quick response, when it goes back to the shop I will put to pcv back to stock and see what happens. Would an old never replaced pcv cause this? I don't ever remember changing the pcv valve when I purchased the car.

I highly doubt it is the turbo seals as the turbo is fairly new (hardly driven) since last year. Sometimes rebuilds can be bad, but from what SP told me, they just replace the center housing with a new one.

If its the Vale Seals then you will typically only see it when you start the car because it leaks down wile the car is at rest.

Update:

Removed vacuum source from catch can, still a bit of smoke on decel. I talked a old school supra friend, he mentioned to me that its highly possible its my turbo bearings going/gone bad.

Maybe there's still oil in the intake pipe. I have let you remove that and check it out. I did however remove the intake and found stains of oil in there, could be the because the vacuum source for the catch can is at the bottom of the catch can.
