ARP definitely lists a torque specification. If I remember correctly it is 82. And if you cant remember what to torque them to, look at the piece of paper included in the box when you buy them. It tells you exactly what to torque them to. NOTE: If you use oil to lube the threads the torque setting must be much higher, this could be why some people claim to have torqued in the 100+ range. This is also from the paper included in the ARP box.
