I was about to bleed my brakes and when I attempted to open the bleeder plug, it broke right off. Can't get it out of the threading now. Are new calipers pretty much my only/best option?

Did teh same with a speedbleeder on my wife's MKIV. Tried to use easy-outs and they just broke inside and made it impossible to remove (tried t redrill 'em ALOT of times).

Easiest thing to do is get another caliper from a parts car. These calipers aren't very expensive from the junk yards either. Good luck with it if you try to use a screw-remover deal. Your time/$$ is better spent the other way, but wishing you he best.
