FRIDAY<<<guess what that means. anyways today is the day where everyone spends all thier money!!! for good things gone cheap...did anyone camp out today? why is no one on? is it because you all went shopping? i did my share of shopping...lowes had great deals so we spent 300 today at lowes.

I bought a jacket, a sweater, and a blanket for the couch in my room... now on to the good stuff :)

we bought a new stool for the garage, some ratcheting wrenches, and later today we are going to pick up a new engine hoist and engine stand.

my sister and mom got new cell phones, while I eyed a nice dslr.

no pics yet sorry!

I bought nothing! I refuse to deal with the holiday BS! However... I plan on going to McDonalds soon... maybe they'll have some Black Friday sales ;)

basically, stores insanely lower their prices, today at jc penney, we spent $164, total savings was $388. Basically its just a good time to buy stuff, if you can stand the crowd.

i dont know why they have this sale...i just tag along. anyways i guess everyone sells everything cheap the day after thanksgiving and thats why there is a sale. someone told me its called green friday for the stores and black friday for the consumers...dont know why they call it that though. anyways thats all i know.

Day after Thanksgiving starts the Christmas shopping season. So stores lower their prices to draw pyschotic people who wake up 2 hours before the sun rises to stand in line and freeze their asses off to buy things at discounted prices.

It's basically more of a sport now kind of like the running of the bulls... except it's probably more violent than the the running of the bulls, haha.

My personal favorite day is the day after Christmas when stores just want their stuff gone! :naughty:

It's green AND black for stores and red for customers, heh. Green cause they see money coming in, black because they are no longer taking losses on sales and inventory (black marks positive gains on business charts) and red for the customer because they're spending their money (red marks a loss)

i got up 1/4 to 5 and drove to sears with my mum, there was a line of 200 people at the door!! So my mom being a badass suggested we take the side enterence by the tire center where some guys were smoking, we walked up to them and asked if the door was open and they said ya, go right in, we walked in at 5 am before the first 20 people at the other door got in.

bought a set of shop lights, the kind of the stand
torque wrench
easy outs
stripped bolt removers
stripped screw removers
and a 3/8 air ratchet
for $100

went home and fell asleep at 5:30.
