I guess I should refrase my question. I did not mean a 1000whp turbo or something that will take me decades to spool I am just so used to seeing people on these forums wanting full boost at 1500 rpm. I was just wondering what turbo setups some guys run besides the upgraded ct's (put a 60-1 on and the shaft broke with 5 miles on it.) I prefer a little lag opposed to the small turbo "supercharger" effect. I am leaning towards a 60-1 like you say arz or that t-61 sounds pretty great as well.

That was just from a shitty rebuild or the turbo had some sort of oil blockage, but 57 trim is about the biggest wheel I would recommend running in a ct26 for reliability sake. I ran a 50 trim ct26 at 18-21+ psi for several years with no coolant lines to it and then sold it and it's still going strong.

Crappy rebuild. It felt real tight to spin when I got it so I thought oh, it just needs oil in it and it will loosen up. Needless to say the compressor side is still stiff to spin and the exhaust side the shaft was snapped.
