Some people told me that making some work on the block by putting a bigger piston is a great invesment, but please tell me how much will it be the effort and will it be worth it... because I personaly think that by having the same pitons only better with different connecting rod it will be a great engine and the block won't be so weak... So my question is making a bigger stroke to the 7mgte will it be whort it by working on the standar of the same ECU factory or will it be better to put another piston without stroking it or putting a bigger piston with a better connecting rod?

you usually onlty run a bigger piston if you have had cylinder wall damage.

if you want to look into stoking your motor you need to read up on the effects of piston speed.also look up adjusters build thread. he is running a stroked engine if he hasnt sold it yet.

keep in mind the 7m is a stoked engine from the factory.

a bigger piston isnt going to give you huge gains.

but a well thought out forged bottom end will give you worry free 500 hp dd.

i couldnt have been happier with my setup that im going to be parting out due to shitty machine shop work.
