Why run 850s? So you can say that you have 850cc injectors? Even with MS and E85, what's the point on a CT26 setup? Seems like a lot of work to retrofit a fuel system just to keep the stock turbine. You make a point regarding the timing, but the SAFC doesn't really "pull" timing, it just makes the ECU "see" less airflow and therefore advances the timing at part throttle. All the more reason to use injectors that are matched to your particular setup when using piggyback fuel management.

I don't see how these types of answers are going to help the OP. He's not running E85. He wants to stick with the stock turbo setup (or close to it). How about offering some sound advice instead of jacking the thread? Running huge-ass injectors on a moderately-sized turbo sounds like an awesome idea until you try to tune the thing, then it's not quite so cool. Just trying to offer information to help the OP make an informed decision and not waste his (presumably hard-earned) money.

My point is this: Reg Reimer of SOGI came up with the Lexus AFM/550cc injector idea over 13years ago. The idea is sound. 25% more airflow and 25% more fuel to raise the boost limit. I'm not a big fan of the special adjustment bolt, but that's where the piggyback comes in.

Please tell me how you can make more power on a semi-stock setup for less money and the same amount of time invested without using a FCD or a VPC ($$$).

Thanks for the link, ill be sure to read it when i get home from school. quick question, with this setup: divorce dp (vents to atmosphere), high flow cat, tanabe exhaust, kn intake, alum rad, bigger oil cooler, hks 3in ic, hks bov, hks mhg arp studs, alum. one piece ds, and the 550's, about how much whp would i be making? This is off the stock ct.

I ran a Lex AFM + Denso 680s with a Neo for a while. No real issues. The SAFC will remove up to 50% fuel (someone correct me if I am wrong here). I have an AEM standalone now and sequential injection, but the LEX AFM and 550s are perfect for a CT26 setup (any trim). I currently have a NIB set of 550s FS. PM me or find my FS post.

ive just bought my injectors from someone else =(. thanks for offer though

I don't like to speculate on hp numbers. It's a lot to do with tuning. If you look at 2543Arvin's signature, he says he's making close to 375whp (378) at around 17psi with his setup. My car makes 384hp/372tq @ 14.5psi on a T04S (60-1) and an AEM. I think those numbers are pretty much in line with one another, given that I have a slightly larger turbo and standalone management that adjusts timing. Other than that, our two cars (and yours, even) are equipped very similarly. Anything in the neighborhood of 350hp in a MA70 makes for a pretty fun street car. Totally achievable with a modified CT26, just don't focus on the power so much that you overlook the braking system. :nono:
