I suppose I should clarify for you... it's not "broken" it's just not running, due to the engine, suspension, subframes, drivetrain, mouldings, interior, electronics, currently being out of the car, waiting for a rebuild, and powdercoating, stripping the sound deadener, new basically everything, fuel upgrades, -an lines and aeroquip fittings... basically prepped like a race car. Are race cars rice?

I sent the pic of the motor that going in it, the body lines and rear quarters are almost identical, look at the pics. and the JGTC will be ther interior, spoiler, side skirts, straight pipes out the front, and so on.

Whats wrong with the motor? too clean? hold on, why am i taking criticism from you people? I have great taste, my truck alone has 6 tropies and at houston AutoRama I won outstanding in class.

umm the motor is NA .... thats what wrong....

and too clean? riiiiiight.....

cars that win shows are not necessarily nice cars.... take hot import nights for example...the cars that win the trohpies are normally the ones with the craziest stupidest shit done to them..while the awesome looking clean one is left out...

and again...YOU posted pics....therefore at the LEAST implying for people to come in here and tell you what they think...and from your reaction for some reason you seem to think we should have all come in here and praised you and told you how awesome it looks...

the reality of the situation is the car looks HORRIBLE....craftsmanship aside...it looks HORRIBLE...i dont care how good of a driver you are...you just made your safety in the car dissapear by getting rid of those windows....the tails are hideous and dont match the natural lines of the car.....and IMO the front bumper and color are both all wrong.

having said all that...AGAIN its your car so do whatever you want with it...BUT dont expect to come to a meet like TX2k6 and have all of us greet you with open arms...because the bottom line is you basically bastardized a car we all love.

Ummm Jake I do all my own Fab work as well ;)!
(bit of a hint check out the Datto in my pics thread everything excluding the interior stitching was done by me here at home back in 1988)
