Best way to oil and cool turbo?

I've read through a few threads, but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. I'm doing a 7m-ge-t conversion. I have the Engine mounted, turbo electronics, turbo fuel (rail, injectors), ecu everything ready to go. However, I dropped the engine in the car without worrying about the oil feed and return. What's the most (un-risky) way to get the oil/coolant feed and return for the turbo?

From a little research I've heard you can tap the block, but I'm worried about..
1. Shavings getting in the engine.
2. What size and how to properly tap

Then there's the pan, but I think that's risky.

What will I need to do this? What's the best way? I don't want to worry about a leak.

Pulling the oil pan off to drill a new hole wouldnt be a bad idea. That way you can make sure you've got all the shavings cleaned up.

If your not using the OEM oil cooler set up from a GTE, there is a bolt on the right side of the oil pan (that is used for the return from the oil cooler), (under the turbo area) that you could remove and get / make an adapter for the drain. At least the N/A oil pan I bought had it.

The NA waterneck works perfect for coolant, just have to turn around the pipes IIRC. Rabidchimp made a PERFECT oil line kit for the NA-T conversion. It what I used.(I've seen both, and I have only good things to say about Aaron and Drift Motion.) I would consider emailing Rabidchimp and tell them what your plan is and I'm sure he would put one together for you.

Don't get me wrong, I find the information here and the vendors tons of help I couldn't do it without them. But I hate having to sort through, weld, machine, drill and tap something I paid 200$+ for. If I pay big money for a oil line kit for the 7mge-t I expect high quality parts and good customer service. I'm not flowing with money, so $200 for an oil line kit isn't cheap for me. I tried to call driftmotion about this only to get a "This number is no longer receiving calls at this time." So I can't talk to a human to figure out if it's what I need. I don't wanna pay 200 bucks only to figure out I need to drill, tap, and fabricate the part I'm buying.

Now, I was a vendor for a dodge Cummins forum a while ago, and understand how hectic it can get. But if I had an interested buyer, I would be the first to jump on the offer.

All I'm saying is, with all the information and parts in the forums and vendor sites, it's hard to figure out exactly what I need, and what is best for my car. And if I'm calling someone, to possibly pay them a good amount of money for the build of my engine, I at least expect a working phone number. Not bashing anyone, it's just frustrating.

I've got to stand up for Aaron on this one, NEVER had any trouble reaching him through my entire 2jz build. Of course, during the shop's PST times. Try the cell number. They do get busy at times.
