Some where out there
www.cardomain.com
I had my down pipe made of a heavy gauge aluminize steel a while bak and have no issues. I got a 5' piece and a 90 degree and 45 degree 3" elbow for 70.00 and welded it in in 1 hour! I may make a 3.5 down pipe to tail pipe in 3.5 aluminized steel. cost or complete piping about 200.00 or less. Then a borla xr-1 and a silencer is all Ill need.

3" Mandrel aluminized steel u-bends 16 gauge from keystone automotive.

$25.XX CDN.

Dynomax P/N 42323
3" nominal
5" radius
12" legs
13" total width including center

I am not sure where it can be ordered in the states, but in Canada it can be ordered from Canadian Tire or Parts Source.

If you look on the dynomax website they carry every possible bend combination which can all be ordered from keystone.

Definately wanna run a flex section... I know some people dont, and they brace everything up, but I'd rather be safe than sorry... For $45, its a good insurance policy, IMO... Thanks for the link Gilber...

as for 3.5" mufflers, they are pretty hard to find. what i was going to do was get a magnaflow straight through muffler, 3.5" in and 3.5" out, then do a RonR style tip, and weld on a 4 or 4.5" tip right to the body of the muffler. ron called it an iconel tip or something. kind of cool looking, and unique.

Its inconel a serious metal... Its dense as hell, we used it to block radiation when I was a tech... Anyway, yeah, PM me what ya want shipped for that muffler... I would do the same thing, weld a tip on... And polish it out, or maybe even coat it flat black... Nah, polished is better...
