It didn't. I'm simply trying to get across what level of information is needed to get good answers to your questions.

mybad...i am looking to make a very reliable/well running 300-350hp car....have done a lex/550 upgrade and looking to tune and ect.. i am just looking for some inside advise from the people who know what they are talking about.... last dyno i was at 290hp but i feel like the car has so much more..i have exhaust, intake, boost controller..if any of you had to choose which one of the two would you have to choose..
Stock turbo? How much boost are you running? There's a limit to how hard you can push the CT-26.
However for those power goals, any piggyback would work. A S-AFC will get you there if you have the right tuner.
Be sure your tuner knows to tune a MKIII ECU against vF - if he doesn't know what that is, find someone else quickly, otherwise you are wasting your money.
Take a look at this post:

It's about tuning with the MAP-ECU, but it applies to all piggybacks, I even mention the S-AFC towards the bottom. Scroll down below the tables and take a look at the section where I talk about tuning to vF.
(P.S. - to be accurate a lot of the text on vF is copypasta from Reg Riemer, not my words, but I've found it all to be 100% true)
So for what you're trying to do, just about any piggyback will get you there with the MKIII. The tuner you select is going to mean a lot more than the device you hire him to tune.
