update i added the shift stops in and shortent eh shift alittel more

well the bolt pattern is not the same as our's

removeing the pegs does not make senc and haven stright stick whould suck

you be smashing your hand in to the dash

I'm just going off the writeup I've read previously. The pegs need to be removed or ground down as the IS300 shifter has a steel ball on the lower arm. I don't think the IS300 shifter is straight either, but I'd have to look again. And yes, the mount holes need to be drilled out further, or an adapter plate needs to be made.
